Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Scheduling Policy: There are no refunds for paid services. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeit of the pre-paid services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, I will do my very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient.
